Ishara is a co-founder of the Vividshire Group and oversees the overall operations of the company. With over a decade of experience as a teacher, she has successfully transitioned into entrepreneurship and now serves as Director of multiple companies in the UK, including Vividshire UK Limited.

Ms. Meeta Patel

Director - Admin | MSc Psychology

Meeta is a co-founder of the Vividshire Group and provides energetic administrative support across the company. With experience in both healthcare and higher education, she brings valuable organisational skills to the team. A graduate of King’s College London, Meeta also works at the University of Leicester and serves as a director of several UK companies, including Vividshire UK Limited.

Mr. Nimesh Rawanage

Nimesh is a co-founder of the Vividshire Group and an IAA registered immigration adviser (Level 1). He is known as an experienced and trusted professional who goes above and beyond for his clients. With over a decade of experience in IT, digital compliance, and international business, Nimesh also works as an AI engineer and cybersecurity specialist. He supports innovation within the company and leads the long-term strategy of Vividshire UK Limited.
